Whilst Kiswila offers affordable and accessible education to the Morogoro community, the economic situation in Tanzania still means that not all families in the area can afford decent high school education or the school books and other items necessary.

“The most touching thing to see when you enter a classroom is the enthusiasm and desire to learn - and no child should be denied that opportunity,” says Managing Director Vincenzo Ciccarelli.

It is for this reason Kiswila offers scholarships to some of the brightest pupils whose parents simply can’t afford to send them to school, and we give the public the opportunity to sponsor a child.

 

A sponsor child may be selected based on the profile of that child and their family. Yearly results are provided and the sponsorship programme compels the child to do their best so that they can pass and maintain their sponsorship.
