The owner of the school is the Catholic Diocese of Morogoro (P. O. Box 640 – Morogoro: www.morogoro.tk), but it is managed by Alfagems Co. Ltd., a registered company whose Headquarters are in Morogoro town, Kilakala ward, Kilakala Road (P.O.Box 6083 - Morogoro).
The school is managed by one of the Directors of this company (which is owned 80% by the Diocese) in collaboration with the Headmaster, the other teachers and the representatives of students’ families through the School Body.
Particular care and attention is devoted in selecting good teachers, not only they are requested for a degree or diploma, but also for good morals and customs, strong motivation, attitude toward continuous improvement.
Family style relations, principles which underpin the school activities, certainty of appropriate payment are among the reasons for many teachers to apply for a job in this school.
